A Passionate Educator
¡Hola a todos! I am originally from Mexico City. I moved to the United States when I was 11 years old. I am the mother of a beautiful young lady and I also have a very energetic German Shepherd.
I always wanted to help my community and with that in mind I explored different career options while in college. I have a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Spanish and a Master Degree in Education. I like to be active and enjoy the outdoors. I love art and learning about other cultures.
MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
Since 2009, I have been passionate about education and helping others improve their academic performance especially second language acquisition. I believe that with the correct tools and under the right guidance, everybody can succeed in their studies.
I use a variety of teaching methods in my class to make sure that everybody feels welcome, engaged, and excited to learn. On top of that, I do my best to provide students with any help and support they need to get the best results. In my class, you will never be alone.
